KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in a classroom, implementing our curriculum to meet the needs of every child. You will foster a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning, and actively partner with parents to support care and education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, with a focus on building strong relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Organizational skills and time management are essential
• Experience in early childhood education preferred and CDA/NAEYC pathway beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to support child care and education
• Support center success by engaging enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners
