Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum requirements and show evidence of preparation
• Plan and use appropriate instructional strategies and materials that accommodate individual student differences
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and board policies
• Coordinate with special education staff to modify curricula per IEPs and district requirements
• Integrate technology into teaching and learnings; use data to inform instruction
• Establish open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues; maintain professional relationships
