• Must have a Bachelor's degree and valid Colorado teaching license.
• Endorsement in CDE Elementary Education (K-6) is required or hold equivalent credentials.
• Student teaching/practicum experience meeting Colorado requirements is required.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in various settings (large group, small group, one-on-one) daily.
• Plan, prepare, and implement curriculum, lesson plans, and learning activities.
• Grade and provide feedback on assignments and assessments daily.
• Design varied assessments and use results to inform instruction.
• Create a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior daily.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation of academic and socio-emotional growth.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instruction and outcomes.
