Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Develop and implement course content, lesson plans, and learning activities.
• Administer and grade assignments and assessments.
• Design assessment tasks and provide meaningful feedback to adjust instruction.
• Create a classroom environment that maximizes instructional opportunity and manages student behavior.
• Monitor student growth and progress and maintain progress documentation.
• Communicate student progress with parents/guardians and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to improve outcomes.
• Participate in department, team, building, and district meetings and conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
