Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to lead and mentor teams, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing space for children. You will partner with families and staff to ensure high-quality care and education across centers.

The role emphasizes coaching, curriculum delivery, safety, and collaboration with stakeholders to support enrollment and accreditation goals.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support the center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
