Job summary

Gresham-Barlow School District seeks a Title I Student Support TOSA to assist the principal and drive instructional improvement at Hogan Cedars Elementary School. The role is a temporary contract for the 2026-2027 school year, 1.0 FTE, with a salary based on education and licensed experience.

The candidate will engage in family/community outreach, PBIS support, and behavior interventions while coordinating with teachers to align with district goals and state standards.

Qualifications

• State of Oregon Teaching License with Elementary Multiple Subjects PK-12 endorsement, and current First Aid Card.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Oregon Fingerprint Criminal Check clearance, Appropriate Teaching Credential.
• Reading endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with school improvement efforts, including professional development and coaching.
• Support RTI and literacy program implementation.
• Coordinate data teams across the school.
• Facilitate communications among instructional staff to meet curriculum guidelines.
• Assist SUN Program Manager with after-school supports.
• Collaborate with families to support student success.
• Monitor attendance and provide interventions.
