Job summary

Gresham-Barlow School District seeks a Title I Student Support TOSA at Powell Valley Elementary for the 2026-2027 school year. This temporary 1.00 FTE position supports the Principal and facilitates instructional improvement and family engagement.

The successful candidate will assist with school improvement efforts, data teams, RTI and literacy initiatives, and PBIS-related activities while collaborating with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience with standard office software (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, basic publishing).
• Ability to use English proficiently in writing and speaking, with correct spelling and punctuation.
• Knowledge of school improvement concepts and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional improvement efforts (professional development, coaching, data teams).
• Assist implementation and fidelity of school improvement efforts (RTI, literacy program).
• Coordinate family engagement activities and connect families to community resources.
