Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school team onsite in New York. The contract role focuses on delivering direct therapy, assessments, and collaborative planning with teachers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Experience in elementary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students, individually and in small groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and school professionals to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities.
• Maintain records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input to support student growth.
• Offer guidance to families and educators on best communication development practices.
