Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a school setting near Albany, NY. The contract runs from September 8 to June 25, with a 35-hour workweek and a $50/hour rate plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility required or expected.
• New York state licensure eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ speech and language abilities using standardized tools and clinical observation.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Deliver engaging, data-driven interventions for articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes.
• Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student growth.
• Ensure compliance with IEP and state reporting requirements.
