Qualifications

• Requires valid Washington State certification as a Special Education Teacher.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with students’ learning profiles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, families, and support staff.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom culture where every child feels valued.
