• Adapts classroom work to meet individualized learning within curriculum.
• Assesses student progress and communicates results to families and administrators.
• Directs staff and volunteers to provide an effective classroom program.
• Collaborates with SPED teachers, related services, and instructional coaches to meet IEP goals.
• Manages student behavior to maintain a safe learning environment.
• Prepares written materials for parent communication and mandated reporting.
