Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Georgia-approved program or equivalent.
• Valid PSC teaching certificate in the appropriate field.
• Endorsements in ESOL & Gifted required.
• CTAE specialization education requirements.
• Must pass the GACE Education Ethics Assessment.
• Minimum two years of verifiable industrial work experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Teaches grade-relevant and mandated curriculum.
• Plans and delivers instruction in-person and virtually.
• Communicates with district personnel, students, and parents.
• Creates a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Assesses and reports student progress and attendance.
• Manages student behavior per school policies.
• Collaborates with general education and specialists; conducts IEP-related duties when applicable.
