Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with functional assessments (FBA) and behavioral intervention plans (BIP’s).
• Knowledge of multi-grade elementary curriculum or inclusive settings.
• Ability to provide direct teaching and behavior support (ABA) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans a program of study meeting the students' individual needs, interests and abilities.
• Prepare individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reports.
• Collaborate with related service providers and school teams.
• Maintain records of reevaluation periods and required documentation.
• Integrate technology into instruction and provide differentiated instruction.
• Follow district and school policies and communicate with parents.
