Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in education or related field.
• PA Special Education PK-8 certification required; elementary certification preferred.
• Certification for PK-12 (content area) noted as alternate option.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, direct and deliver instruction to students in special needs classes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Pennsylvania Academic Standards.
• Utilize crisis prevention techniques; restraints as last resort; training provided.
