Central Bucks School District is seeking a Long Term Per Diem Special Education Teacher for elementary grades at Kutz Elementary School. The substitute will deliver instruction aligned with PA standards and IEP requirements, maintaining orderly classrooms and supporting student progress.
Ideal candidates hold PA Special Education PK-8, or PK-12 certification, have a bachelor's degree, and can work the October 5 to November 4 window. Training for crisis prevention is provided by the district.

$200.00 p/ full day
The successful candidate will have solid ability to prepare, direct and deliver instruction to students in special needs classes.
Candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy and knowledge of Pennsylvania's Academic Standards.
Utilization of crisis prevention techniques/strategies (including possible restraint as a last resort) with students who require such in their IEP. Training will be provided via CBSD.
Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education PK-8 certification (content area certificate required for issuance). Elementary certification preferred.
Bachelor's Degree and PA Special Education PK-12 (certificate discontinued 8/31/2013/content area certificate required).
