Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in Brooklyn Center, MN. This in-person, full-time role focuses on delivering resource classroom support and implementing IEP goals in collaboration with a therapist-driven team.

You will join a women- and therapist-operated company that mentors clinicians, supports licensure and professional development, and values equity and community impact in a school-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB.
• Three references/letters of recommendation required.

Responsibilities

• Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
