Qualifications

• Aligned to TEP’s mission of educational equity and teacher leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of lead teaching in grades K–4 in charter/public/private schools.
• Ability to develop and implement a dynamic math curriculum.
• Outstanding verbal ability and strong communication skills.
• Certification pathway to NYS teaching certification if not yet certified.

Responsibilities

• Teach Kindergarten to 4th Grade across subjects and build strong student relationships.
• Collaborate with a co-teacher in ICT classrooms to support diverse learners.
• Lead instructional blocks and tailor instruction to meet varied needs.
• Foster a classroom culture that promotes a love of learning and growth.
