• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Establish clear objectives for all activities.
• Prepare classroom for class activities and resources.
• Identify instructional resources to meet varying needs.
• Instruct and monitor use of learning materials and equipment.
• Use technology to support instruction and data collection.
• Observe and evaluate student performance and progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress notes.
• Lead IEP meetings and review goals with families and team.
