Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract at an elementary school in the St. Louis area.

This position begins as soon as possible through mid-October to cover FMLA leave, with potential future opportunities. You will deliver speech-language services, collaborate with supervising SLP, teachers and families, document progress, and maintain compliance with district policies.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri SLPA license required.
• School-based experience preferred, especially with elementary-age children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently within school support structures.
• Must complete district fingerprinting requirements and submit TCN number for clearance.
• Promptly complete contractor documentation as required by district.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language support services to students at the assigned elementary campus.
• Collaborate with supervising SLP, faculty, and families to support student progress.
• Document student progress and update reports in compliance with district policies.
• Contribute to an inclusive educational environment and positive student outcomes.
