Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an SLPA with experience in school-based or healthcare settings
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting speech-language initiatives in schools
• Proven ability to manage elementary-level caseloads effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A team-oriented mindset, ready to work alongside educators, therapists, and families

Responsibilities

• Assisting with direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Supporting the implementation of IEP goals for elementary students in both group and individual settings
• Gathering data, preparing materials, and tracking student progress with attention to detail
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to help students achieve communication and academic milestones
• Flexibly adapting to classroom and individual needs while maintaining organization and a positive approach
