Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary students in a full-time, on-site role. You will work under supervising SLPs, conduct screenings, assist therapy sessions, document progress, and help meet IEP goals during a critical coverage period.

Ideal candidates hold an active Missouri SLPA license, have school-based experience, strong communication and organization skills, and are prepared for fingerprinting and district credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri SLPA license required.
• Experience delivering SLPA services in a school setting preferred (elementary age).
• Understanding of IEP processes and progress monitoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse student needs.
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting and district credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Support a dynamic caseload of elementary students with speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and school staff.
• Conduct screenings, assist therapy sessions, and document progress.
• Adapt materials and activities to individual communication goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as appropriate.
