Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students at an elementary school near Saint Louis, MO. This on-site contract coverage role focuses on essential services during a crucial school period, with potential extension depending on district needs.

You’ll collaborate with a supervising pathologist, educators, and families to ensure quality services for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri SLPA license required.
• Experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting is preferred.
• Ability to support elementary-age students with diverse needs.
• Capacity to adapt quickly in a leave coverage role.
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators, families, and students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct treatment as outlined by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Help students improve communication, articulation, and language within the school setting.
• Accurately document student progress and session data.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized student plans.
• Complete district requirements including fingerprinting, background checks, and contractor forms.
