Job summary

Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary students in a well‑resourced school environment in Illinois. The role offers a manageable caseload and the chance to contribute to student growth while benefiting from a stable, contract placement.

Responsibilities include assisting with direct services under SLP supervision, implementing IEP goals, data collection, and collaboration with educators and families to help students achieve communication

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an SLPA with school-based or healthcare experience.
• 1-2 years hands-on experience supporting speech-language initiatives in schools.
• Ability to manage elementary-level caseloads effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct speech and language services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support implementation of IEP goals for elementary students in groups or individually.
• Gather data, prepare materials, and track student progress with attention to detail.
