Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the full school year to support elementary students across multiple campus locations, with potential for qualified virtual delivery. Strong school-based experience is preferred, and licensure in the state of practice is required.

The role involves evaluations, treatment planning, collaboration with educators and families, and thorough documentation. Assigned campuses include Deerfield Elementary and New Union Elementary.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Tennessee.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
• Participate in meetings, consultations, and compliance-related activities.
• Support students across assigned elementary campus locations as needed.
