Qualifications

• Valid licensure or eligibility as CFY/CCC for school-based practice.
• Experience or interest in elementary students within a school setting.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families.
• Ability to provide both virtual and in-person services as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for an elementary caseload.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students.
• Maintain accurate documentation per school/state guidelines.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions for remote or onsite delivery.
