Job summary

Soliant Health in the Chambersburg, PA area is seeking two Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year. The full-time contract runs 37.5 hours per week, serving elementary students across two schools or a K-12 caseload, with mentorship from a director who is also an SLP.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, collaborate with teachers and parents, and ensure accurate IEP documentation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility.
• Valid PA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to fostering student growth and achievement.
• Passion for working with elementary students; K-12 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to design and implement individualized plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with IEP requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to students and families throughout the school year.

Education
