Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for an elementary school setting in Connecticut. This full-time contract role delivers onsite speech-language services to two schools, within a 35-hour workweek, and requires CCC licensure.

You will assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy, maintain regular documentation, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and develop engaging therapy plans for diverse students.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut SLP license required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory.
• Previous school-based SLP experience
• Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
• Ability to travel between two nearby school sites as needed
• Up-to-date district fingerprinting and background checks (required before start)
• Must be able to work onsite; remote/SLPA support is not available for this assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized therapy to elementary students
• Maintain regular documentation and progress notes in accordance with district guidelines
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student learning goals
• Develop engaging therapy plans tailored to students’ diverse needs
