Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The SLP will support Pre-K through 12th grade with speech, language, and communication services.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development and implementation, direct therapy sessions (articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics), participation in RTI and team meetings, and mentorship of SLPAs or CFs where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current North Carolina state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group sessions) in areas including articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic/social communication.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP meetings, and RTI processes.
• Supervise SLP Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows (CFs) if applicable.
