Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a collaborative school environment. This contract role runs through May 28, 2027, with a 37.5-hour workweek on a single campus.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY and a valid state SLP license. Responsibilities include assessments, IEP development, progress tracking, and collaboration with teachers, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric, healthcare, or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills required.
• Collaborative, flexible and enthusiastic approach to serving diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services for an elementary caseload.
• Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC-SLP certification

CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)

Current state SLP license
