Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will join a collaborative school team with dedicated clinical support from AnthroMed throughout the year, handling a blended caseload that includes articulation, language, and low-incidence needs. The role offers robust mentorship and weekly team meetings to foster professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• ASHA certification or eligibility.
• Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services based on students’ IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech-language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Apply evidence-based practices to support communication and educational goals.
