Job summary

AnthroMed Education in Stafford, VA is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students for the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver SLP services aligned to IEP goals within a collaborative school team.

The role includes dedicated clinical support and mentorship from AnthroMed, bi-weekly SLP team meetings, and access to a resources database with 1,000+ therapy tools. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• ASHA certification or eligibility required.
• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services based on students' IEP goals and needs.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation.
• Use evidence-based practices to support communication and educational goals.
