Cross Country Education seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary and high school students in Stafford, VA, during the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and delivering therapy to meet academic and social communication goals.

You will collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and monitor progress, helping students build self-advocacy and language skills for success.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Virginia SLP License.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SLP.
• Experience in a secondary school setting or with adolescents preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to support students' academic, social, and functional communication goals.
• Partner with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and implement IEPs.
• Support students in developing functional communication, self-advocacy, and language skills for academic success and independence.
