Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5/8 caseload in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will join a collaborative school team with dedicated clinical support, mentorship, and bi-weekly SLP meetings. Expect a blended caseload focusing on articulation and language, with access to extensive resources and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or its equivalent.
• ASHA certification or eligibility.
• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services based on individual IEP goals.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students.
• Support articulation, language, and other communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Stafford, VA

About the Opportunity

AnthroMed Education is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Stafford, VA area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative school team while receiving dedicated clinical support from AnthroMed throughout the school year. You'll work with a blended caseload that includes students with articulation and language needs, as well as students with low-incidence disabilities.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position for the 2026–2027 school year
• K–5th or K–8th grade caseload
• Approximately 40–50 students
• Blended caseload with articulation, language, and low-incidence needs
• Shared office space available
• Active member of a multidisciplinary team
• Weekly pay every Friday

What You'll Do

• $68,000–$88,000 annual salary
