Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-5 students in a school-based program near Minneapolis, MN. The contract runs from September 8, 2026, to June 11, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days.

You will provide diagnostic evaluations, create therapy plans, and deliver engaging individual and small-group sessions aligned to IEP goals, while collaborating with teachers, families, and specialists to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in speech and communication disorders.
• Current SLP licensure in Minnesota, plus active PELSB certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in school settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and design therapy plans for K-5 speech and language needs.
• Deliver individual and small group therapy aligned with each student's IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote positive student outcomes.
• Maintain thorough progress records and complete required assessment documentation.
• Contribute to a team-oriented school culture supporting children's development.
