Job summary

Onward Search Education is partnering with Hillsborough County School District in New Hampshire to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is in-person, full-time, 37.5 hours weekly, serving elementary students with a caseload of 40-50.

You will evaluate, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with educators and families to support IEP goals and student success within the educational setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience conducting assessments and providing direct therapy in school/pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and related disorders using screenings and assessments.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy for articulation, language, voice, and social communication needs.
• Develop and monitor IEP goals and treatment plans for student success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support students using AAC devices and recommend communication strategies.
• Maintain documentation, track progress, and ensure IDEA/state compliance.
• Educate families and school staff on language development and intervention practices.
• Advocate for students' communication needs and foster inclusive learning environments.
