Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support students from preschool to grade 5 in a vibrant Hudson, NH school community.

The role is onsite and 21 hours per week, spread over three set days, with a caseload that includes elementary and preschool students. The ideal candidate will provide speech-language services in general and ABA self-contained classroom settings, collaborate with supervising SLPs and school staff, and participate in progress updates

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Able to manage a mixed elementary/preschool caseload.
• Able to obtain district background fingerprints.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Zoom interviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services per IEPs.
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and staff to support goals.
• Document progress for IEP meetings.
• Adapt services for general and special education.
• Engage in evidence-based interventions for language, articulation, and social communication.
• Support a range of student needs in elementary and preschool.

Job description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students from preschool to 5th grade as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a vibrant school community near Hudson, NH. This part-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working three set days a week (21 hours) with a caseload that includes both elementary and preschool students. The ideal candidate will feel confident providing speech-language services in both general and ABA self-contained classroom settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required
• Proven experience working in school-based settings
• Comfortable servicing a mixed caseload of elementary (2nd-5th grade) and preschool students
• Familiarity with ABA self-contained programs is a plus
• Ability to obtain district background fingerprints
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ready to participate in Zoom interviews

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs, educators, and other school staff to support communication goals and progress
• Document and track student performance, assisting with progress updates for IEP meetings
• Adapt service delivery as needed for both general education and special education settings
• Engage students in evidence-based interventions to enhance language, articulation, and social communication skills
• Remain flexible in supporting a range of student needs within both elementary and preschool populations
