Job summary

Birmingham Public Schools is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist for Pierce Elementary. This is a full-time, 10-month position within the Birmingham Public Schools district.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with SB Endorsement or ASHA CCCs, and possess a master's degree in speech-language pathology, with strong communication and teamwork abilities to support students, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Speech and Language Impaired (SB) Endorsement OR hold appropriate Licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Must have earned a master's degree in speech and language pathology.
• Competency in the content area of service.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
