Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to students as specified in IEPs.

  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records, preparing reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and special education staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide support and resources to families to help students succeed.
  • Adapt services for a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels.

Enhance student communication and support learning as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the full academic year in a welcoming school environment near Tecumseh, MI. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals interested in both ongoing, year-long positions at Blissfield Upper Elementary and MSHS, as well as short-term opportunities to cover maternity leaves in various locations. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
