Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Pennsylvania is seeking a speech-language pathologist to support elementary students (K-4) on a contract basis. The caseload includes 30-40 students with a primary focus on Autism Support programs, delivering direct therapy across the school day.

The role offers a flexible daily schedule within a standard school day and emphasizes collaboration with teachers and staff to meet communication goals, monitor progress, and integrate AAC strategies.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license with CCC.
• School-based experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with elementary students and autism is a plus.
• Skilled in progress monitoring, IEP development, and AAC.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Onsite services only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades K-4.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Complete evaluations and standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and SDIs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' communication needs.
• Provide occasional case management for students with speech-only IEPs.
