Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services for elementary students in a Massachusetts school setting. The contract position involves assessments, IEP development, and direct therapy in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Active MA SLP license required.
• CCC or CFY credentials accepted.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct therapy to elementary-aged students.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate speech and language strategies into classroom activities.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and progress reviews-
