Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services at the elementary level (caseload to be determined).
• Evaluate referred students and prepare diagnostic reports and team presentations.
• Develop educationally relevant therapy goals and use evidenced-based decision making.
• Provide AAC systems for individuals with expressive and/or language disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
• Maintain documentation for IEPs, Medicaid billing, and therapy logs.
• Supervise speech-language assistants and monitor program goals.

Education

Master’s degree in speech-language pathology

Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology certification

Massachusetts DESE licensure in Speech, Language, and Hearing Disorders (All Levels)
