Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY applicants encouraged.
• Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting is valued.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to adapt therapy to diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families.
• Deliver direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals and best practices.
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and legal requirements.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Offer staff and family education on speech and language strategies when needed.
