Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a full-time, school-based contract through the end of the school year, with exposure to secondary-level units.

Responsibilities include delivering SLP services (direct and consultative), collaborating with teachers and families to develop IEPs, and maintaining thorough documentation across grade levels in line with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in school settings or pediatric populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments for students, focusing on elementary caseloads with secondary involvement as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and monitor IEPs.
• Maintain comprehensive, organized documentation aligned with school and state requirements.
• Provide direct and consultative services to meet diverse student needs across grade levels.
• Participate in team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
