Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) to join an elementary school team in the Toms River area of New Jersey. The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, from approximately 8:25 AM to 3:05 PM, through June 11, 2027, with start ASAP.

The successful candidate will provide speech and language services to elementary students, collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEPs, and help students build communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome.
• New Jersey SLP licensure/DOE approval or eligibility required.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students develop communication skills and succeed academically.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to elementary resource students.
• Support students with articulation and language needs.
• Provide individualized therapy based on student goals and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Work within a collaborative school environment focused on student success.
• Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8:25 AM–3:05 PM.
• Full-time position through June 11, 2027.
