Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6.5 hours/day

Duration: Full School Year

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join a supportive elementary school team in the Toms River, New Jersey area. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with students, collaborating with educators, and helping children build functional communication and language skills.

Position Highlights

• Provide speech and language services to elementary resource students.
• Support students with articulation and language needs.
• Provide individualized therapy based on student goals and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related-service professionals.
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal development, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• Work within a collaborative school environment focused on student success.
• Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 8:25 AM–3:05 PM.
• Full-time position through June 11, 2027.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome.
• New Jersey SLP licensure/DOE approval or eligibility required.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping students develop communication skills and succeed academically.
