Job summary

Solian t is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy for elementary students in the Toms River area. The contract runs through mid-June 2027, allowing you to focus on articulation and language goals within a collaborative elementary setting.

You will plan and document sessions, assess abilities with standardized tools, and help develop IEP goals in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A strong candidate will have CCC-SLP eligibility and licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state licensure and CCC-SLP or eligibility for CFY.
• Experience with school-aged children, preferably elementary.
• Understanding of articulation and language intervention best practices.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document individual and group therapy sessions for resource students, targeting articulation and language goals.
• Assess speech and language abilities using standardized and informal tools.
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and parent conferences.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Provide resources and strategies for teachers and caregivers to support carryover of skills.
