Qualifications

• Current South Carolina SLP license is required.
• South Carolina teaching license required.
• SLP-CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology).
• Experience with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere for students.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to an elementary caseload.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to design effective treatment plans.
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines.
• Deliver services at a single school location for a stable experience.
• Support students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs from start date through May 28, 2027.
• Maintain professional standards, continuing education, and active licensure.
