Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join an elementary school near Keene, New Hampshire. This contract, full-time role supports a caseload of 40–45 students across a single building, delivering 1:1 and small-group therapy.

The SLP-CCC credential and current license are required. You will evaluate, report, attend IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to help students meet communication goals.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC certification.
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Comfortable with IEP meetings, reporting, and therapy plan development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently or with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services to students in 1:1 and small-group formats.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of student needs.
• Document therapy sessions and progress notes per state and school requirements.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans.
• Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to maintain strong communication.
