Soliant Health has a contract opportunity near Manchester, PA for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students with speech and language services in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an SLP, CFY, or SLPA eligible to work in schools.
• Experience or interest in providing therapy to pediatric and elementary student populations.
• Strong understanding of speech/language assessment tools, IEP processes, and service documentation.
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students requiring speech and language services.
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in alignment with district guidelines and individual student goals.
• Conduct group and individual treatment sessions, documenting outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student learning and participation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations to support student success.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
