Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, CPI/RBT training or willingness to obtain, and U.S. work authorization, with a strong focus on equity and trauma-informed practices in a California classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience CPI & RBT training or willingness to obtain.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• TB clearance within 60 days and Livescan clearance.
• Master’s in Counseling or Social Work preferred (MSW or LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Lead socio-emotional supports and SST coordination.
• Model and implement restorative justice practices.
• Coordinate with outside mental health providers.
• Coach teachers to address student needs.
• Develop communication with families and admin.
